I looked for the same tool that shows in the Owner's Manual and Service Manual to measure the belt tension. I bought the tool kit and returned it, as that particular tool does not come in it. I checked the tool manual and it does not show it.
I talked to the Dealer and they could not find the tool and said it may be a misprint. I don't know. After I adjusted it, I pressed my thumb down on the belt to 1/2 to 3/4 inch and that seemed to work for me.
